Attorney Robert Newkirk was born in Kingston, New York and moved to North Carolina in 1979. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1984 (Magna Cum Laude). He graduated from Law Scool at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1987.  He began practice in California before returning to North Carolina and has been in practice here since. He is admitted to practice in California, North Carolina and South Carolina.

In his career, Mr. Newkirk has been involved in numerous mass tort cases, like the Breast Implant Litigation and Baycol litigation. His current practice is focused on PERSONAL INJURY/MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CASES, MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASES, DEFECTIVE MEDICAL PRODUCTS litigation and other LIGENERAL CIVIL LITIGATION, especially involving small businesses.

Mr. Newkirk is married with 3 children and lives in Huntersville, NC.
